AZ Florist is a real, locally owned florist based in Phoenix, Arizona, serving the greater Phoenix Valley metro area. All arrangements are designed and delivered by our local team, so you can be sure of fresh flowers, careful handling and reliable service 7 days a week.
We deliver flowers and plants 7 days a week in our local delivery area.
Delivery Areas We Serve
Our local delivery service covers Phoenix and surrounding Valley communities, including:
Tempe, Sun City, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Scottsdale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear and nearby areas.
If your delivery address is outside our local service area we may still be able to help. In those cases we coordinate delivery through a trusted florist in the recipient’s city. Please contact us directly to place an order outside the Phoenix metro area.
Order Processing & Daily Cutoff Times
To ensure proper routing and fulfillment, orders must be placed before the daily cutoff:
- Monday – Saturday: Orders placed before 1:00 PM
- Sunday: Orders placed before 10:00 AM
Orders placed after these times will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
On high volume floral holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, processing and delivery hours may be extended.
General Delivery Time Windows
Delivery times vary based on destination type and daily routing. While we can’t guarantee specific delivery times, most deliveries occur within the following time frames:
- Business locations: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Homes, hotels and hospitals: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Funeral services: Delivered 1–2 hours prior to the service
- Schools: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday only)
During major holidays deliveries may begin earlier and extend later in the evening.
Order Minimums & Pricing
- Local delivery minimum: $29.99 (before tax and delivery)
- Product discounts: Available on orders of $59.99 or more
- Discounts cannot be combined
All delivery fees, pricing and applicable discounts are displayed during checkout.
Special Delivery Locations
Hospital Deliveries
Some hospitals and specific units, like ICU floors, do not allow fresh flowers or plants. Please confirm the recipient’s room allows floral deliveries before ordering.
School Deliveries
If sending to a student, we recommend checking with the school beforehand to confirm their delivery policies. Deliveries for teachers are made to the front office prior to 3:00 PM.
Funeral & Memorial Services
Flowers for funeral services are delivered 1–2 hours prior to the service to allow time for placement and preparation.
Delivery Timing & Communication
Due to traffic, weather and recipient availability exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Customers may include a preferred delivery window in the Additional Comments section at checkout. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests whenever possible.
In some cases we may contact the recipient to confirm address details or availability.
If the Recipient Is Not Available
If no one is available at the delivery address our florist may:
- Leave the arrangement in a safe location
- Leave it with a neighbor
- Leave a delivery notice with instructions for follow-up
Address Accuracy & Redelivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
- AZ Florist is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses
- If a delivery must be reattempted due to an incorrect address a $10 redelivery fee may apply
- Leave a delivery notice with instructions for follow-up
Flowers cannot be delivered to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.
Doorstep Delivery Requests
If flowers are left at the door the customer assumes all responsibility once delivery is complete.
Due to extreme heat conditions in the Phoenix area doorstep deliveries are strongly discouraged, especially during summer months, as heat can damage floral arrangements
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after placement. Once processing has started changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Each order includes a complimentary personalized card message which can be added during checkout.
Because flowers are seasonal and availability can vary:
