7 Day Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 7 days after delivery when normal care instructions are followed.
If your arrangement doesn’t meet reasonable freshness expectations within that time, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

We always try to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
This guarantee does not apply to flowers that have been exposed to extreme outdoor heat, not properly cared for or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Seasonal Availability and Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and availability can change daily especially during major holidays.
If substitutions are necessary we promise:

Delivery Commitment
For local Phoenix deliveries, arrangements are hand delivered by our team on the selected delivery date.
We try to honor preferred delivery time frames but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic, routing, weather and recipient availability.
For deliveries outside our local area, we may coordinate with a trusted florist in the recipient’s city. If quality expectations are not met, we will review the situation and provide a resolution.
