Yes. You can schedule flower delivery for future dates during checkout, including for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and events.
Delivery service is not available on legal holidays. Items requested for these times must be delivered the day before or day after the date requested.
Yes. AZ Florist provides local flower delivery seven days a week within the Phoenix metro area, including Sundays.
No. We do not deliver flowers to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Yes. Contactless delivery is available upon request during checkout.
Yes. AZ Florist offers same-day flower delivery throughout Phoenix, AZ and nearby Valley cities on select arrangements when orders are placed before the daily cutoff time.

If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may:
- Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location
- Leave them with a neighbor or building staff
- Leave a notice with instructions for follow-up
During extreme Phoenix heat, we avoid leaving flowers unattended when possible.
To qualify for same-day delivery in Phoenix:
- Monday – Saturday: Place orders by 1:00 PM
- Sundays: Place orders by 10:00 AM
Cutoff times are based on local Phoenix time and may vary during major holidays.
Delivery times vary by location and destination type:
- Businesses: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Homes, hospitals, hotels, funeral homes: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but you may request a preferred time window at checkout.

Orders & Account Management
Same-day orders are processed quickly and usually cannot be changed or canceled once in progress.

Certainly! Simply select "Pick Up In Store" on the checkout page, after you've entered your Delivery information. You will not be charged a delivery fee.
No, you'll need to place separate orders for each delivery address.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional re-delivery fees.
Product Quality & Flower Care
Yes. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and quality.
To keep flowers fresh:
- Trim stems at an angle
- Place in clean water immediately
- Change water daily
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
With proper care, your flowers will stay beautiful for several days.
Our flowers are arranged fresh daily using high-quality blooms. With proper care, most arrangements last 5–7 days or longer.
Each arrangement is handcrafted by local florists, so exact flowers may vary. However, your arrangement will always reflect the style, color palette, and value shown.
Custom & Special Services
Yes. You can request custom colors, flowers, or designs:

- Contact our shop directly before ordering
Custom requests are subject to availability.
You bet. Once you've clicked on a product, you can add your recipient's name, a special message and the gift sender's name. Simply add the delivery date, add your item to the cart and - voila! - you're ready for checkout.
Yes. You may leave the sender name blank when adding your card message during checkout.
Yes, where permitted. Some hospitals restrict certain items (such as latex balloons), and substitutions may be made to comply with facility policies.
