Can I choose a delivery date in advance?

Yes. You can schedule flower delivery for future dates during checkout, including for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and events.

Can I request delivery on a holiday?

Delivery service is not available on legal holidays. Items requested for these times must be delivered the day before or day after the date requested.

Do you deliver flowers seven days a week?

Yes. AZ Florist provides local flower delivery seven days a week within the Phoenix metro area, including Sundays.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or APO addresses?

No. We do not deliver flowers to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you offer contactless flower delivery?

Yes. Contactless delivery is available upon request during checkout.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Phoenix, Arizona?

Yes. AZ Florist offers same-day flower delivery throughout Phoenix, AZ and nearby Valley cities on select arrangements when orders are placed before the daily cutoff time.

How much does flower delivery cost in Phoenix?

If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location
  • Leave them with a neighbor or building staff

During extreme Phoenix heat, we avoid leaving flowers unattended when possible.

What time do I need to order for same-day flower delivery in Phoenix?

To qualify for same-day delivery in Phoenix:

  • Monday – Saturday: Place orders by 1:00 PM
  • Sundays: Place orders by 10:00 AM

Cutoff times are based on local Phoenix time and may vary during major holidays.

What time will my flowers be delivered?

Orders & Account Management

Can I cancel or change a same-day flower order?

Same-day orders are processed quickly and usually cannot be changed or canceled once in progress.

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at 602-507-4200.

Can I order online and then pick up my flowers in the store?

Certainly! Simply select "Pick Up In Store" on the checkout page, after you've entered your Delivery information. You will not be charged a delivery fee.

Can I send multiple arrangements to different addresses in the same order?

No, you'll need to place separate orders for each delivery address.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional re-delivery fees.

Product Quality & Flower Care

Do you make substitutions if flowers are unavailable?

Yes. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and quality.

How do I take care of my flowers after delivery?

To keep flowers fresh:

  • Trim stems at an angle
  • Place in clean water immediately
  • Change water daily
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
  • With proper care, your flowers will stay beautiful for several days.

How fresh are your flowers?

Our flowers are arranged fresh daily using high-quality blooms. With proper care, most arrangements last 5–7 days or longer.

Will the flowers look exactly like the photo online?

Each arrangement is handcrafted by local florists, so exact flowers may vary. However, your arrangement will always reflect the style, color palette, and value shown.


Custom & Special Services

Can I customize a flower arrangement?

Yes. You can request custom colors, flowers, or designs:

  • Add notes during checkout, or
  • Contact our shop directly before ordering

Custom requests are subject to availability.

Can I include a special message with my online order?

You bet. Once you've clicked on a product, you can add your recipient's name, a special message and the gift sender's name. Simply add the delivery date, add your item to the cart and - voila! - you're ready for checkout.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes. You may leave the sender name blank when adding your card message during checkout.

Do you deliver flowers to hospitals in Phoenix?

Yes, where permitted. Some hospitals restrict certain items (such as latex balloons), and substitutions may be made to comply with facility policies.

Do you deliver funeral and sympathy flowers in Phoenix?

Yes. We deliver sympathy arrangements, standing sprays, and memorial flowers to:
