   • Surprise bouquet of flowers just because from my hubby were delivered to my office! After the initial excitement and adoration wore off, I noticed the bouquet was very sparse (lots of leaves) and the flowers were dying. I notified my husband and sent him a picture. He knew what he spent and wasn't happy with his purchase. He immediately called in, they apologized, were very kind hearted and assured us they have a fresh flower guarantee and a new bouquet would arrive the following day. Indeed, they delivered next day and the new bouquet was gorgeous, full, and abundant in color! First delivery was dead within three days. Second delivery is still alive and blooming now on it's seventh day on my desk at work! Thank you for making it right!!!!! Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!
