This means all the flowers have been gathered in the front of the vase so they all face the camera to see a full representation of the flowers contained in each arrangement. What happens after I place an order?
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you after all the details on the order have been reviewed and accepted. We will hand design your beautiful arrangement with the freshest flowers and then deliver it with the utmost care on the date indicated.

Our team works hard to keep you informed of the status of your order and will send email communications along the way. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation of order. A second email will be sent once your order is routed for delivery and then lastly a third email is sent once we obtain confirmation of delivery from the driver.
Please keep in mind that the recipient may be busy or unable to call and say thank you immediately after receiving the flowers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact our customer service department within 7 days of the delivery of your order. We will be happy to schedule a replacement delivery of the arrangement or a refund of the purchase price. How is the delivery charge determined?
Delivery is a flat $14.99 charge no matter the recipient’s location in the valley. For floral orders outside of our delivery area or out of state, the referral florist may charge a different delivery fee. If you are placing an order outside of the Phoenix area, out of state, or internationally, we will call to verify the referring florist’s delivery charge.
